Deine Aufgaben

  • Identifikation und Recherche von passenden Influencern für unsere Werbekampagnen
  • Erstkontakt und Ansprache potenzieller Influencer über verschiedene Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Entscheidungsgrundlagen vorbereiten für Verhandlung, Kooperationen sowie Vertragsabschlüsse
  • Pflege und Ausbau unseres Influencer-Netzwerks
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kreativteam zur Entwicklung individueller Kampagnenideen
  • Monitoring und Reporting der Influencer-Aktivitäten und Kampagnenerfolge

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Influencer Marketing, Social Media oder Werbung wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Affinität zu Social Media und digitalen Trends
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Organisationstalent
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und ein kreativer Kopf
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
