The Influencer Program Manager sits within Wavemaker's INFLUENCE® capability , a dedicated Social, Content and Influencer Marketing team built to help brands connect authentically with the audiences that matter most. Reporting to the Social + Influencer Group Director, this role will lead the development and execution of a first-of-its-kind creator loyalty and UGC program for a leading QSR brand. You will be responsible for building, launching, and scaling a creator community platform that drives authentic content creation, meaningful brand advocacy, and measurable business outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced influencer marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, community-building, content, technology, and creator partnerships. Success in this role looks like building a highly engaged creator ecosystem, delivering outstanding branded content at scale, and creating lasting relationships between the brand and its biggest advocates.
Role Context
This role is responsible for launching and managing a new creator loyalty platform across Australia and New Zealand, designed to engage Micro and Nano creators through a gamified rewards experience.
Working closely with client marketing and product teams, internal agency stakeholders, technology partners, and creators, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Superfans program, from onboarding and content planning through to influencer engagement, performance reporting, and optimisation.
This role offers the opportunity to shape a pioneering creator ecosystem while working within a globally connected agency network at the forefront of influencer marketing innovation.
What You'll Bring
3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media marketing, product management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the creator economy and proven experience developing and managing influencer, creator, or community-led programs
Strong project management, analytical and relationship building skills.
Experience developing creator briefs, content plans, seeding programs, and influencer engagement strategies that drive participation and content output.
Creative thinking and cultural awareness, with a passion for identifying emerging trends, creator opportunities, and innovative content formats.
