• Consulting Services:
• •Manage day to day activity with Professional Services team
• •Develop and design consulting management project objective and timeline upon agreed cooperation.
• •Conduct risk assessment to calculate project risk and communicate it to client.
• •Responsible to represent client interest in developing project goals and result.
• •Develop project planning and execute the project based on the project objective and timeline
• •Monitor project execution to ensure it run effective, efficient and delivered on time
• •Actively communicate all schedule and timetable for project execution with clients
• •Communicate and work closely with client team member in any project execution
• •Provide independent advice for client’s management regarding the project management and execution.
• •Ensure overall goals & achievement and also project standard quality are in compliance with Client’s requirement
• •Calculate and maintain project cost and financing
• •Recruit sub-contractor and other resources (including manpower) to execute project, if necessary.
• •Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor and other resources to ensure they meet client standard and quality.
• Management Support Activities:
• •Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• •Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• •Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• •Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
• Education Requirement:
• •Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Work Exposure/ Experience:
• •Minimum 3 years experiences in Supervisory level, or
• •Minimum 7 years of working experience
