YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an Infrastructure System Administrator to join our IT team. We seek a professional with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience administering hybrid environments, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the organization's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Administer and monitor Windows and/or Linux servers.
• •Manage virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent).
• •Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
• •Monitor system availability, performance, and capacity.
• •Manage network infrastructure, storage, and critical services.
• •Support migration, upgrade, and technology modernization projects.
• •Ensure the implementation of security and compliance policies.
• •Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• •Produce and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• •Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration.
• •Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• •Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
• •Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• •Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
• •Good knowledge of technical English.

NICE TO HAVE

• •Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• •Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• •Experience with monitoring tools.
• •Microsoft, VMware, or equivalent certifications.
• •Knowledge of cybersecurity and system hardening.
