Infrastruktur \~ Projektleiter Planung (m/w/d)

Leitung von Infrastrukturprojekten in der Planungsphase: Kundenbetreuung, Konzeption, Planung, Koordination der Projektbeteiligten, Termine und Kosten, Führung von Projektteams.

Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir einen Projektleiter zur Direktvermittlung. (Jobcode: XXVI-05-IKSTPL-SIS)

Unser Klient ist ein erfahrenes Architektur- und Ingenieurbüro für den Hoch-, Tief- und Wasserbau. Er übernimmt für seine Kunden die vollständige Planung für Anlagen der Energietechnik, für die komplexe Gebäudeausrüstung, für Infrastrukturprojekte und im Industrie- und Gesellschaftsbau. Das Unternehmen ist an mehreren Standorten in ganz Deutschland tätig und betreut auch internationale Projekte.

Es erwartet Sie eine verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit. Das Unternehmen bietet eine langfristige Perspektive, herausfordernde Projekte, eine kollegiale Arbeitsatmosphäre und eine leistungsgerechte Vergütung. Der Arbeitsort befindet sich im Raum Stuttgart.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung von Infrastrukturprojekten in der Planungsphase
  • Kundenbetreuung
  • Erstellen und Prüfen von technischen Konzepten
  • Koordination der Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit aller Projektbeteiligter
  • Durchführen von Termin- und Kostenkontrollen
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Reporting und Vertragsmanagement
  • Führung von Projektteams.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur, Tiefbauingenieur, Verkehrsbauingenieur (Uni/FH/BA) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Infrastrukturplanung (Straße oder Schiene)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der BIM-Methodik
  • Deutschkenntnisse C2, Muttersprachniveau.
