[ Wir suchen ab sofort einen Ingenieur für die Gebäudeausrüstung H/L/S als Projektleiter für Standorte Zwickau in Vollzeit (m/w/d) ](https://www.gia-planung.de/karriere)

# Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Betreuung verschiedenster Projekte für die Bereiche H/L/S/K, in allen Leistungsphasen
  • Erstellen von Berechnungen und Planunterlagen
  • Erstellen von Kostenschätzungen/-berechnungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Gewerkeübergreifendes Denken und kundenorientiertes Handeln, gemeinsam mit dem am Projekt beteiligten Team Fachplanung
  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kundschaft während der kompletten Projektlaufzeit

# Voraussetzungen:

  • einen branchenspezifischen Studienabschluss oder eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit der Zusatzqualifikation zum Techniker (m/w/d)
  • mehrjährige Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Bearbeitung und Organisation von Projekten
  • sicherer Umgang mit modernen Arbeitsmitteln und gewerkespezifischer Software (PlanCal Nova wünschenswert)
  • analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, die Sie flexibel und eigenständig einsetzen
  • sicherer Umgang mit AVA-Software und MS-Office
