Ingenieur Hochbau / Architektur (m/w/d) gesucht – Verstärkung für unser Team in Neustadt-Glewe

Wir sind ein etabliertes Architekturbüro mit Sitz in Neustadt-Glewe und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt engagierte Unterstützung: einen Ingenieur Hochbau / Architektur (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und mit unbefristeter Festanstellung .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Projektabwicklung in allen Leistungsphasen (LP 1–9 HOAI)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherren, Fachplanern und ausführenden Unternehmen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten im Bereich Wohnungs-, Gewerbe-, Industrie- und öffentlichen Bau
  • Projekte im Neu-, Um- und Altbau

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor oder Master)
  • Alternativ: Bauingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Hochbau
  • zwingend notwendig ist eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Deutschland
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Leistungsphasen nach HOAI
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Programmen (AutoCAD und/oder Revit wünschenswert)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit ORCA AVA
  • Erfahrung in der Bauleitung von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
