Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung individueller, KI-gestützter Lösungen auf Basis des konzernweiten Technologie-Stacks
  • Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Erstellung von Lastenheften, Lösungskonzepten und Aufwandsschätzungen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Optimierungspotenzialen durch AI Agents und moderne KI-Technologien
  • Eigenverantwortliche Begleitung von Lösungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus - von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz
  • Integration von KI- und Automatisierungslösungen in bestehende Unternehmensanwendungen und Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Entwicklung innovativer, praxisnaher und nachhaltiger Digitalisierungs- und KI-Lösungen

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts)Informatik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Berufseinsteiger:innen ebenso willkommen wie erfahrene IT-Professionals
  • Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung und neue Technologien
  • Erste Erfahrungen oder fundiertes Interesse an Themen wie Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering oder Workflow Automation
  • Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren Programmiersprachen (z. B. Python, JavaScript, C#)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und deren digitale Optimierung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
