• WHAT YOU WILL DO
• •Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development and evaluation in semiconductor environmentReviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products including in-house lab demonstrations
• •Conceives and plans projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches
• •Works with customer and senior engineers cross functionally to understand roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/ challenges.
• •Acts as customer technology manager in the planning, data collection, analysis and reporting
• •Acts as single point of contact accountable for process related customer requestsDrives introduction and evaluation of new technologies at customer sites including new tool qualification

• •Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
• •Works with cross-functional teams to get information and results needed
• •Flexibility to travel to meet business requirements ( WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• •MSc in in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or Physics with with no previous professional experience; or equivalent experience preferably in the field of wet clean/advanced packaging
• •Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory, having experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques
• •In-depth understanding and experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
• •Excellent social skills with ability to work within diverse teams
• •Creative thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities, able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• •Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills in English

• WHAT WE ARE OFFERING
• This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in the occupation group F depending on educational background. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.

• WORKING HOURS
• Flexitime model 38,5 hours/week, Core hours (Mo-Th 9-15, Fr 9-11:30)
