Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur IT Workplace pour gérer les postes de travail IT, préconiser les configurations, déployer les logiciels et assurer le support de niveau 2.

Vos missions :

- Gérer un parc de PC et terminaux mobiles, installer les postes, gérer les renouvellements de parc et tenir l’inventaire.

- Déployer et mettre à jour des logiciels via les plateformes SCCM et Intune.

- Gérer la sécurité et la distribution des correctifs sur les postes de travail.

- Assurer le support de niveau 2 via notre outil ITSM ServiceNow, interventions sur site ou à distance.

- Représenter BDR France au sein des instances dédiées Workplace du Groupe BDR et gérer les projets en lien avec le Digital Workplace.

- Gérer des applications métiers R&D et Production, préconiser des environnements logiciels et matériels.

- Piloter l’amélioration et la modernisation continue des environnements.

- Rédiger des procédures et mettre à jour la base de connaissances.

Profil recherché H/F:

- De formation BAC+2 à BAC+5 en informatique, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans le domaine de la gestion des postes de travail.

- Maîtrise de l’anglais requise, la pratique de l’allemand serait un plus.

- Expérience significative dans le déploiement industrialisé des postes de travail.

- Maîtrise des environnements Microsoft Intune et SCCM, support aux utilisateurs et administration des systèmes Windows.

- Rigueur, aisance relationnelle, sens du service rendu et curiosité sont des qualités reconnues chez vous.
