## Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Verbesserung von Betriebs-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsprozessen
  • Mitarbeit im technischen Facility Management sowie Weiterentwicklung unserer Gebäude- und Versorgungsinfrastruktur (z. B. Energieversorgung, HLK, Medienversorgung)
  • Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen sowie Steigerung der Energieeffizienz und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Weiterentwicklung moderner Arbeits- und Produktionsumgebungen
  • Unterstützung bei behördlichen Prüfungen und Audits sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister und Fachfirmen

## Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Versorgungstechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder ein vergleichbarer technischer Abschluss, wie z. B. Techniker oder Meister
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, direkt auf dem igus-Campus mit Menschen zu arbeiten
  • Idealerweise bereits gesammelte Berufserfahrung im technischen Facility Management innerhalb eines Industrieunternehmens
  • Affinität im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Projektmanagement-Erfahrung sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
