## Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung von Produktionsbereichen
  • Unterschiedlichste Projekte in der Fertigung
  • Optimierung und Standardisierung von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung unter Gesichtspunkten der Lean Production und Umsetzung von Lean-Prinzipien

## Dein Profil

  • Überzeugung, Initiative und Begeisterung für Lean Production in Praxis und Theorie
  • Ein Ingenieurstudium auf Basis einer abgeschlossenen technischen Ausbildung
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Absolventen bieten wir die Chance zum Praxiseinstieg
