IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Planung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung in unseren Projekten – LP1-9 der HOAI
  • Betreuung der Auftraggeber im Projektprozess
  • Erstellen von TGA-Plänen (3D) und Schemata im Bereich der Elektrotechnik
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen zur Ausschreibung
  • Projektleitung nach entsprechender Einarbeitung
  • Angebotsprüfung
  • Objektüberwachung

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Abschluss als staatlich geprüfter Techniker in anverwandten Fachrichtungen
  • Mehrjährige (> 3 Jahre) Erfahrung in der TGA-Planung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Kenntnisse in Trimble (ehem. Plancal nova) und AVA wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse der HOAI und VOB
  • Sie sind verantwortungsbewusst und besitzen eine hohe Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Organisationsvermögen, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sind Ihre Stärken
  • Ihre positive Ausstrahlung und ein kompetentes, freundliches und sicheres Auftreten machen Sie für unsere Kunden zum geschätzten Ansprechpartner
