## Was du bei uns bewegst

  • Du übernimmst in einem engagierten Team den nationalen/internationalen Support für unsere fachspezifischen Inhouse-Applikationen.
  • Du bearbeitest die Incidents in deutscher und englischer Sprache innerhalb unseres IT-Service-Management-Systems (ITSM).
  • Du führst Fehleranalysen und -behebungen durch, damit unsere Kund:innen wieder arbeitsfähig sind.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei Release-Tests der Applikationen und führst die akkreditierungsrelevante Dokumentation durch.

## Was dich ausmacht

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum:r Fachinformatiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Client Support, gute Kenntnisse im Bereich SQL und Datenbanken und ITIL Supportprozesse sind kein Fremdwort für Dich
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen sowie in der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Lösungskonzepten
  • Geschick im Umgang mit Menschen, gutes Kommunikationsvermögen sowie Teamgeist
