Für unsere planvolle Unternehmensentwicklung suchen wir Sie als

Innen-/Architekt (m/w/d) Ladenbau - Shopkonzepte

Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben sind hierbei:

Koordination des Rollouts bestehender funktionierender Konzepte, bundesweit
Entwicklung von neuen Flächen und Konzepten
Kompetenz bei Flächenplanung, Termintreue, Qualitäts- und Kostenkontrolle
Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams wie Ladenbau, Haustechnik, etc.
Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
Kommunikation mit allen Geschäftsbereichen zur Planung und Realisierung der Projekte
Ausbau und Pflege eines Netzwerkes zu externen Dienstleistern

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über

ein Studium der Innen-/Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
Berufserfahrung bzw. Kenntnisse im Innenausbau, idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder Gastronomie oder Hotelwesen
Belastbarkeit und Reisebereitschaft
Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
