Wir sind ein kleines - aber sehr schlagkräftiges - Team. Wir suchen Verstärkung im Innendienst. Derzeit sind wir 4 Außendienstmitarbeitende, 1 Azubi und eben 2 Innendienstmitarbeiterinnen, die Unterstützung benötigen.

Der Innendienst ist bei uns der erste Kontaktpunkt für unsere Bestandskunden - alle Anliegen werden zunächst dort bearbeitet.

Von der Adressänderung, über die Ausgabe von kfz-Versicherungsbestätigungen bis hin zur Neuordnung von Verträgen oder Terminvereinbarungen. Bei uns darf man keine Scheu vor dem Telefon haben und sollte flexibel im Kopf sein.

Jeder Kundenwunsch ist individuell.

Aber im Team lassen sich diese Aufgaben schnell und unkompliziert erlernen und umsetzen. Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist hier sehr hilfreich. Es wäre super, wenn eine Ausbildung im Bereich Versicherungen bereits vorhanden wäre - andernfalls würde auch eine Fortbildungsmöglichkeit bestehen.

Auch wenn es bei uns oft stressig ist, der Humor und die Freude an der Arbeit darf nicht fehlen.
