Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Innendienstkraft (m/w/d) für unser Versicherungsbüro in Teilzeit (Arbeitszeit nach Absprache)

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden am Telefon und im Büro.

Sie pflegen unsere Kundendaten und kümmern sich um die allgemeine Büroorganisation.

Sie helfen bei der Schadensregulierung und beraten unsere Kunden bei einfachen Anliegen.

Sie koordinieren Termine

  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Versicherungsbereich oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung. Auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit Interesse an der Versicherungsbranche sind willkommen.

Sie sind kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.

Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zuverlässig und sorgfältig.

Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
