Deine Aufgaben

  • Erledigung von Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten sowie Unterstützung unserer Außendienstler bei der Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Kundenterminen
  • Telefonische und digitale Kundenannahme (Inbound) Vereinbarung von Kundenterminen (KEINE Kaltakquise !!!)
  • Unterstützung bei vertrieblichen Aktionen
  • Unterstützende Schadensachbearbeitung

Dein Profil

  • Du bist entweder Versicherungskaufmann/-frau bzw. Versicherungsfachmann/-frau oder verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (m/w/d)
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und verfügst über kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und bist ein Organisationstalent
  • Du hast Spaß am eigenverantwortlichen und selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den Officeanwendungen: Word, Excel, Outlook
