Wir suchen ab sofort und unbefristet einen Innendienstmitarbeiter / Sachbearbeiter Versicherung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Bestandskunden
  • Bearbeitung von Vertragsänderungen und Schadenfällen
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Unterlagen und Angeboten
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenkommunikation
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Versicherungsalltag
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen oder versicherungsnahen Bereich
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
