As PMC’s Inpatient Program Director , your focus will be on the 3Cs; Care, Community and Compliance.

• •Care: Lead, manage, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician.
• •Community: Energetically lead, implement, and deliver community education on inpatient unit to facility staff, local medical facilities, and community members through presentations, events, and one-on-one conversations.
• •Compliance: Oversee operations Behavioral Health Unit, focusing on Care, Community, and Compliance.

Requirements

• •Basic computer knowledge – required
• •BLS – required
• •Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of GA – required
• •Experience working in psychiatric behavioral health - preferred
• •Five years Management experience - preferred
• •Handle with Care Training – provided
• •Master’s Degree Nursing - preferred
• •Strong interpersonal skills – required
• •On-site training provided.
