As an Inside Account Executive for AI Infrastructure & Connectivity, you will be a dynamic, driven, and energetic sales professional responsible for driving Cisco's next-generation Compute (UCS) and Data Center Networking (DCN) business across a high-volume territory covering Victoria, Western Australia, and South Australia.
In this role, you will focus on the SMB and Mid-Market (Scale) segment, helping growing organizations lay the foundation for modern workloads, hybrid cloud connectivity, and entry-level AI readiness.
You will:
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of SMB and Mid-Market accounts, driving end-to-end sales cycles for Cisco’s core Compute and DCN portfolio, including Cisco UCS B/C/X-Series servers, Catalyst/Nexus switching, and Meraki data center solutions.

- Partner closely with high-touch field Account Executives and Technical Solution Architects to identify expansion opportunities, handle scale-out requests, and feed the broader regional pipeline.
- Position and structure streamlined commercial agreements, software subscriptions, and Cisco Capital/financing options tailored to the SMB and Mid-Market purchasing cadence.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in technology or B2B markets, with foundational knowledge of Data Center Networking, Compute (Servers), or Cloud/Infrastructure solutions.
- Experience managing a high-volume territory, handling multiple concurrent deal cycles, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with IT Managers, Business Owners, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating effectively with channel partners, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams, including Technical Solution Architects, Inside Sales peers, and field teams.
- Strong rigor in pipeline management, CRM hygiene (SFDC), and sales forecasting accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into the SMB or Mid-Market (Scale) customer segments within Australia.
- Familiarity with Cisco’s Data Center, Compute (UCS), or Networking architectures and software licensing models.
- Experience driving partner-led sales motions and leveraging the channel ecosystem to scale territory coverage.
- High energy, adaptability, and a collaborative team player mindset.
