About The Job

Responsible for selling Alfa Laval transactional products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers.

Job Description

• •Handle incoming customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• •Follow up on quotations, purchase orders and sales opportunities.
• •Support external sales engineers in developing new business.
• •Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products, spare parts and services.
• •Coordinate with technical, service, procurement and logistics departments.
• •Process customer orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• •Maintain customer databases, sales records and CRM systems.
• •Follow up on overdue quotations and outstanding payments where required.
• •Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts and monthly performance updates.
• •Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

What You Know

• •At least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
• •2–3 years in inside sales / sales coordination
• •Good English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• •Good verbal and email communication
• •Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented
• •Able to multitask and work under pressure
