DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Eigenverantwortliche Auftragsabwicklung und Betreuung unserer Kunden vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer Vertriebsprozesse
  • Enge Koordination und Abstimmung mit unseren internen Fachabteilungen
  • Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im Vertriebsinnendienst, einschließlich Reklamationsbearbeitung und Zollanmeldungen
