Inside Sales Representative – Part-Time Remote - YOU MUST LIVE IN SALT LAKE CITY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION - NO EXCEPTIONS

$18/hour + Uncapped Commission
Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT
Remote – Must live in the Salt Lake City, UT area

Sila Services is hiring experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote, part-time phone sales position focused on selling monthly and annual Sila Services home service memberships to existing customers and warm leads.

No cold calling.

You'll receive a guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission , including the opportunity to build recurring commission through monthly membership sales.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads

Sell monthly and annual Sila Services memberships

Explain membership benefits and value

Build rapport, overcome objections and close sales

Follow up quickly and consistently with sales opportunities

Schedule free in-home sales consultations when appropriate

Document calls, sales and follow-up activity in our CRM

Meet individual sales and membership goals

What We're Looking For

Previous phone sales experience is required

CRM experience is required

Strong phone presence and ability to close sales

Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale

Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Self-motivated and able to work successfully from home

Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace

Must be available Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM MDT

Must live in the Provo or Salt Lake City, Utah area

Technology

We use Zoho CRM, ServiceTitan and Five9 .

Experience with Zoho and/or ServiceTitan is preferred. Experience with Five9 is a big plus.

Compensation

$18/hour

Uncapped commission

Commission on membership sales

Opportunity to build recurring commission through monthly memberships

Additional commission opportunities for qualified sales appointments

Average performers have earned approximately $2,200 per month working part-time , with additional earning potential for strong performers.
