Insights Advance Internship

Description

The Insights Advance Internship is a 10 to 12-week, department-sponsored experience for returning young professionals who have successfully completed the Choice Insights Internship. Interns are embedded within one or two departments for the duration of the program, gaining hands-on experience, building specialized skills, contributing to meaningful projects, and receiving mentorship from Choice team members. This opportunity is designed to provide deeper exposure to a specific area of the bank while helping participants explore potential long-term career paths with Choice.

Based on departmental needs and available opportunities, Advance Interns may also be considered for part-time employment during the academic year.

Essential Job Functions

• •Complete department-specific responsibilities, projects, and assignments.
• •Apply knowledge and experience gained during the Insights Internship.
• •Participate in relevant department meetings, training, and team activities.
• •Conduct research, organize information, analyze data, or support department initiatives as assigned.
• •Collaborate professionally with team members, leaders, clients, and business partners when appropriate.
• •Meet regularly with an assigned supervisor or mentor.
• •Seek, receive, and apply developmental feedback.
• •Complete a defined project, deliverable, or body of work.
• •Present a final summary of work completed, outcomes, lessons learned, and career development.
• •Maintain knowledge of and comply with applicable policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and banking regulations.
• •Travel between Choice locations or participate in business-related travel as needed.
• •If approved for academic-year employment, continue assigned department responsibilities on a mutually agreed-upon part-time schedule.

Requirements

• •Successful completion of the Choice Insights Internship.
• •Sponsorship from participating Choice department(s).
• •Demonstrated interest in the department or career area.
• •Ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities with increasing independence.
• •Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• •Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• •Willingness to receive feedback and continue developing professionally.
• •Alignment with Choice’s Core Values and #PeopleFirst culture.
• •Ability to travel as required.
• •If participating during the academic year, has the ability to maintain an agreed-upon schedule while continuing educational commitments.

*Participation in Insights Advance does not guarantee academic-year employment or future part-time or full-time employment with Choice. The base salary for this role is listed below. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. The base salary may vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, experience, and geographic location. Full-time employees are also eligible for a competitive bonus and benefits package.
