Insights Internship

Description

The Insights Internship is a 10-to-12-week, dynamic, experience-driven program that allows students to experience various departments within banking, financial services, and operations. Students pursuing all degrees and backgrounds are welcome to apply and are not limited to banking or finance. Selected Insights Interns have the opportunity to shadow team members, complete projects, and learn how different departments and roles connect to the larger operation of Choice Bank. Departments may include Commercial and Ag Banking, Human Resources, Marketing, Mortgage, Risk, Audit, Compliance, Fintech, and other areas of the organization.

Essential Job Functions

• •Gather and organize information for departmental projects or reports.
• •Shadow Choice team members and participate in assignments.
• •Communicate with internal team members, clients, or outside organizations when appropriate.
• •Assist with research, analysis, records, and reference materials.
• •Attend required banking and compliance training.
• •Participate in cultural, professional development, and community activities.
• •Complete assigned projects and presentations.
• •Travel between Choice locations and program activities as needed.

Requirements

• •High school education or better.
• •Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
• •Willingness to learn, ask questions, and receive feedback.
• •Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• •Ability to travel as required.

Travel and Location

Interns may work at any Choice location. Weekday travel between locations and participation in program activities will be required. Travel and lodging are paid by Choice Bank.

The base salary for this role is listed below. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. The base salary may vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, experience, and geographic location. Full-time employees are also eligible for a competitive bonus and benefits package.
