You will be responsible for the following:

• •Deliver regular reports and analyses that highlight trends, patterns, and opportunities, enabling data-driven decisions.
• •Work closely with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• •Monitor and report the business scorecard, providing insights on how to meet targets, and raise red flags in case of potential misses
• •Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• •Promote a data-driven culture within the organization, educating and empowering others to leverage data effectively.
• •Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

We are looking for:

• •Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering is required
• •At least 5 years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication and presentation skills
• •Attention to detail, and good time management skills are a must
• •Proficiency in visualization tools is preferred (e.g., Looker, PowerBI)
• •Knowledgeable in SQL is preferred (willing to learn and improve)
