Die Kanzlei Röpke Rechtsanwälte ist ausschließlich in den Bereichen Insolvenz- und Zwangsverwaltung tätig.

Für unseren Standort Duisburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

eine/n Insolvenzsachbearbeiter/in (m/w/d)

in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben sind

  • Bearbeitung von Verfügungen
  • Schriftverkehr mit den Verfahrensbeteiligten
  • Aktenanlage und -pflege
  • Erteilung telefonischer und schriftlicher Auskünfte
  • Notierung von Fristen nebst deren Überwachung.

Wir setzen ausgezeichnete PC-Kenntnisse, auch in der Anwendung der Windows-Programme, voraus.

Erfahrung mit den Programmen winsolvenz und Lexolution sowie in der Bearbeitung von Verbraucherinsolvenzverfahren sind wünschenswert.

Bewerber/innen mit abgeschlossener Berufsausbildung im Büro- oder Anwaltsbereich werden bevorzugt.

Einschlägige Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber nicht Einstellungsvoraussetzung.

Unsere Kanzlei erreichen Sie in einer Minute fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof Duisburg.

Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz wird bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt.
