• 1. Perform in-line quality inspections during production processes.
• 2. Monitor product quality according to approved specifications, SOPs, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• 3. Inspect critical quality parameters during production, such as appearance, color, weight, filling volume, labeling, coding, packaging, and other applicable requirements.
• 4. Perform Final Goods (FG) inspection before product release to ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• 5. Record and report inspection results accurately and completely.
• 6. Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products or process abnormalities.
• 7. Coordinate with Production and QA/QC teams to investigate quality issues and support corrective actions.
• 8. Verify product and packaging conditions during production and before shipment.
• 9. Support sampling and inspection according to the approved inspection plan.
• 10. Ensure inspection equipment and measuring tools are properly used and maintained.
• 11. Follow GMP, hygiene, safety, and quality requirements applicable to cosmetic manufacturing.
• 12. Maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
• 13. Support quality improvement activities and reduce defects and customer complaints.
