Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Installation Engineer to join our team at JD.com. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment within our advanced logistics and operational facilities, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• * Plan, execute, and supervise the installation of various electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and machinery wiring, in accordance with industry standards and JD.com specifications.
• * Perform pre-installation site surveys, assess electrical requirements, and contribute to the development of installation plans and schematics.
• * Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed electrical equipment and systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
• * Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance on existing infrastructure.
• * Collaborate with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
• * Maintain accurate records of all installation, maintenance, and repair activities, including technical drawings and reports.
• * Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• * Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians as required.
• * Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies, regulations, and best practices.

Job Qualifications

• * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• * Proven experience (3+ years) in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably within a large-scale industrial or logistics environment.
• * Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (e.g., IEC, NEC), and safety regulations.
• * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• * Hands-on experience with a variety of electrical systems, including low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) distribution, motor control centers (MCCs), and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• * Familiarity with power quality analysis, grounding systems, and surge protection.
• * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• * Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift heavy objects as required.
• * Valid electrical license or certification is highly preferred.
