Wir sind Deutschlands führender Personaldienstleister und suchen für unser Kundenunternehmen in Jena einen Instandhaltungstechniker (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Produktions- und Versorgungsanlagen
  • Troubleshooting, Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung zur Minimierung von Anlagenstillständen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation geplanter Wartungen gemäß Instandhaltungsplänen
  • Betreuung externer Dienstleister und Servicefirmen
  • Mitarbeit bei technischen Verbesserungsprojekten und Anlagenoptimierungen
  • Dokumentation von Tätigkeiten im Asset Management System

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder Elektroniker (m/w/d)
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Instandhaltung (mindestes 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung wünschenswert)
  • Grundkenntnisse in Mechanik, Pneumatik und Elektrotechnik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen und Schaltplänen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerungstechnik und Programmierung (Siemens SPS) wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit Instandhaltungssystemen (z. B. SAP PM, Maximo o. ä.) wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im regulierten Umfeld (z. B. Medizinprodukte-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie) von Vorteil
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sowie die Bereitschaft zum selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblem Arbeitseinsatz (Schichtarbeit (Früh/Spät), Bereitschaftsdienst, Samstagsarbeit) bei Bedarf
