Am Standort Landsberg am Lech suchen wir für einen engagierten Instandhaltungstechniker (m/w/d) , der Verantwortung übernimmt. Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für die Zuverlässigkeit der Produktionssysteme bei unserem Kunden. Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Du alltägliche Herausforderungen meisterst, strategische Projekte begleitest und Dein technisches Fachwissen voll einbringen kannst.

Aufgaben

  • Kontinuierliche Inspektion, Wartung und Pflege des gesamten Maschinenparks
  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Verwaltung von Verschleiß- und Ersatzteilen
  • Systematische Fehlersuche sowie die schnelle, eigenständige Behebung von akuten Störungen
  • Aktive Ideenfindung zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produktionsabläufe
  • Lückenlose und präzise Protokollierung aller Service- und Reparatureinsätz

Anforderungen

Du verstehst komplexe Maschinen, denkst lösungsorientiert und legst großen Wert auf Präzision. Als zuverlässiger Instandhaltungstechniker (m/w/d) sorgst Du dafür, dass Ausfallzeiten minimiert werden und die Qualität stimmt.

  • Fundierte Ausbildung: Erfolgreicher Abschluss im technischen Bereich (z. B. als Industriemechaniker, Schlosser, Kfz-/Landmaschinenmechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Berufspraxis: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der planmäßigen Wartung, Fehleranalyse und Instandsetzung von Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherheitsfokus: Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie die konsequente Einhaltung aller Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
  • Arbeitszeit: Volle Bereitschaft für den pünktlichen Arbeitsbeginn in der Tagschicht ab 06:00 Uhr morgens
  • Sprachkompetenz: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau) für eine rechtssichere Dokumentation und das Verstehen technischer Vorgaben
