Instandhaltungs- und Verwaltungsassistent (m/w/d) im Eisenbahnsektor

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beauftragung und Abwicklung präventiver/korrigiver Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Kesselwagen
  • Auswahl geeigneter Dienstleister, Überwachung der Maßnahmen
  • Qualitätskontrollen in Werkstätten und Nachweisführung der Instandhaltungsdokumentation
  • Prüfung von Angeboten, Kostenkontrolle
  • Erstellung/Analyse von Auswertungen, Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in der Instandhaltung
  • Kaufmännische Unterstützung im Bereich Technik
  • Arbeit mit technischen Datenbanken, Wagenakten, Instandhaltungsleitfäden und Normen
  • Kaufmännischer Schriftverkehr, telefonischer/Email-Kontakt zu Kunden, Werkstätten, Bahnen, Dienstleistern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung im Eisenbahnsektor; nicht zwingend
  • Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV/Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse; Datenbankkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gepflegtes Auftreten, teamorientiert, strukturierte, gewissenhafte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Wagenmeister oder Maschinenbau-Studium als Anknüpfungspunkte
