Für unseren namhaften Auftraggeber Krones AG in Neutraubling suchen wir zum frühestmöglichen Eintrittstermin einen Instandhaltungsbetreuer (m/w/d).

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Abwicklung von komplexen Lifecycle Service Projekten im Regionalbereich
  • Klärung der eingehenden Anfragen, gegebenenfalls Projektklärung/ -beratung vor Ort
  • Koordination der technisch oder kaufmännisch optimalen Lösungsalternativen auf Basis der technischen Ausarbeitung der Business Unit Lifecycle Service
  • Angebotserstellung und Grobterminplanung
  • Gegebenenfalls Angebotsbesprechung/ technische Klärung beim Kunden
  • Termingerechte Bestellabwicklung von Auftragseingang bis Versand und Begleitung der Baustellenabwicklung bis Projektabschluss
  • Koordination der erforderlichen Maßnahmen in der Krones AG und der internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
  • Abarbeitung aller Claims und Sicherstellung der vollständigen Bezahlung
  • Budget- und Terminverantwortung
  • Technische Unterstützung der Sachbearbeitung

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium, z.B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Alternativ erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige stellenrelevante Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten
  • Kenntnisse des Krones Produktportfolios wünschenswert
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationskompetenzen und Organisationsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden-/Serviceorientierung
  • Reisebereitschaft 10% bis 15%
