Versicherungen / Banken / Immobilien / Telekommunikation / Pharmaindustrie / Öffentlicher Dienst

Im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit der Option auf Übernahme suchen wir für unseren renommierten Kunden ab sofort einen Instandhaltungsmanager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Planung erforderlicher Instandhaltungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen
  • Zusammenstellung der Sanierungsmaßnahmen für den Jahresinvestitionsplan
  • Einholung von Angeboten, Beauftragung und Überwachung von Bauleistungen
  • Erstellen von Genehmigungsanträgen
  • Koordination von Gewerken, um fristgerechte Fertigstellung von Bauleistungen zu gewährleisten
  • Kontrolle und Abnahme von Bauleistungen
  • Eingabe von Rechnungen ins System sowie sachliche und rechnerische Rechnungsprüfung
  • Unterstützung der technischen Abteilung bei großen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Preisverhandlung mit Handwerksfirmen
  • Dokumentation von Versicherungsschäden
  • Laufende Überwachung der Objekte durch Begehungen
  • Durchführen von Trinkwasseruntersuchungen

Qualifikationen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als technische Fachkraft (m/w/d) und bereits praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Gebäudebewirtschaftung
  • Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
