Instructional Design Manager, General Assembly

• This role leads the systems and standards that turn learning products into consistent, high-quality live learning experiences.
• You will sit at the intersection of learning design, product development, client experience, and delivery.
• The focus is on facilitation excellence, facilitator readiness, product enablement, and delivery quality rather than traditional curriculum development.
• You will build scalable methodologies, certification pathways, quality frameworks, and coaching systems that help facilitators deliver with confidence.
• The role also offers significant client exposure, supporting key engagements and translating client needs into practical learning and delivery solutions.
• You will work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment and help ensure learning experiences remain cohesive across products, regions, clients, and delivery formats.
• The position is remote within the US, with up to 40% travel potentially required for international clients or other business needs.
