Confidently presenting Branch and Horace Mann solutions to both individuals and groups
Actively networking and participating in community and industry events
Investing the time and resources needed to build a successful, long-term business
What We're Looking For
Strong interpersonal, sales, and business management skills to build and manage your agency
2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
Property and Casualty Insurance License
Life and Health Insurance License
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
