About the Team

The Insurance Solutions Implementation team partners with insurance carriers to deliver data-driven solutions that support underwriting, rating, and risk assessment. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, the team provides industry expertise, technical guidance, and implementation leadership to ensure successful integration and adoption of LexisNexis products.

About the Role

The Insurance Implementation Specialist serves as a trusted consultative and technical partner to insurance carriers implementing LexisNexis Risk Solutions products. In this customer-facing role, you will guide clients through API integrations, provide expertise on insurance workflows and data solutions, and help ensure successful implementation outcomes that align with business goals.

Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will combine insurance industry knowledge, technical understanding, and business acumen to support adoption, improve processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of insurance industry practices, products, systems, and workflows to consult with carriers and facilitate successful integration of LexisNexis Risk data solutions.
  • Lead insurance carriers through their development and implementation of system-to-system API integrations that support processes and decisions across the insurance continuum.
  • Drive implementation success by managing technical requirements, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with customer objectives.
  • Own the day-to-day interactions with multiple clients, removing roadblocks, researching/resolving questions, and balancing conflicting priorities.
  • Responsible for a broad scope of responsibilities, including leadership of pre-implementation consultative workshops, providing expertise on LexisNexis data product result formats, including XML and JSON, and performing the technical activities required to establish connectivity and configure product systems.
  • Monitor implementation results against expected outcomes and proactively communicate with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Effectively facilitate customer training and workshops to an audience of technical and business contacts of varying levels (including C-suite).
  • Build credibility, instill confidence, and influence others while representing LexisNexis Risk both internally and externally.
  • Some travel will be required based on business need.

Requirements

  • P&C Insurance industry knowledge required. This can include any combination of underwriting and rating processes, insurance products, systems, or operational workflows.
  • B2B API implementation, account management or comparable position preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with customers through a consultative, customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of JSON, SFTP, APIs or related integration technologies preferred.



U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $82,800 - $137,800.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $86,700 - $144,400.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $74,900 - $124,700.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
