The Role

Insurance Specialists provide remote CSR services in both commercial and personal lines to agency clients. This role is essential to ensuring agencies receive accurate, timely, and professional support in managing their daily service needs. By upholding the high standards set forth by Angela Adams Consulting Services, Inc., Insurance Specialists help agencies operate more efficiently, enhance client satisfaction, and maintain compliance with industry’s best practices. The position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to deliver reliable, high-quality service.

Core Responsibilities

• •Ensure we are meeting contractual obligations to clients including time worked
• •Communicate regularly, proactively, and effectively with Leadership, internal staff, and clients
• •Verify that client work has been completed accurately and in a timely manner
• •Maintain strict client confidentiality
• •Accurate timekeeping of both billable and non-billable work
• •Identify additional client needs, and offer solution-based services

Requirements

• •Minimum one year of independent insurance experience
• •Experience with Vertafore agency management systems (preferred)
• •Insurance P&C License strongly preferred
• •Strong Knowledge of insurance coverage and service procedures.
• •Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• •Proficient in agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
