Strategic Account Leadership
- Take commercial ownership of selected global Aerospace & Defence customers.
- Develop and execute ambitious global customer strategies and Customer Development Plans.

- Drive significant revenue and gross profit growth across assigned accounts.
- Identify and develop large-scale opportunities across the full Maersk portfolio.
- Build and manage a strong, high-quality commercial pipeline.

Complex Solution Development
- Lead the commercial development of complex, integrated logistics solutions across Ocean, Air, Landside, Contract Logistics and specialised project logistics.
- Translate highly demanding customer requirements into scalable and commercially viable supply chain solutions.
- Work closely with Solution Design, Product, Operations and specialist teams to develop competitive end-to-end propositions.
- Ensure solutions address the resilience, security, reliability and operational complexity expected within Aerospace & Defence supply chains.
Aerospace & Defence Expertise
- Bring deep understanding of the Aerospace & Defence ecosystem, its customers, supply chains and procurement environments.
- Apply established knowledge of regulated and security-sensitive logistics environments.
- Understand the commercial and operational implications of export controls, dual-use requirements and other relevant trade regulations.
- Monitor major industry developments and translate them into actionable customer and commercial opportunities.

- Ensure strong governance of customer performance, commercial commitments and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain disciplined opportunity and pipeline management.
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams supporting assigned customers.

- Strong knowledge of Aerospace & Defence customers, procurement structures and decision-making environments.
- Experience operating within regulated, security-sensitive and compliance-intensive environments.
- Strong understanding of export controls, dual-use regulations and relevant international trade requirements.
- Established ability to engage and influence senior and executive customer stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and strategic selling capabilities.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead complex opportunities across countries, functions and business units without relying on direct organisational authority.
