Integration and Risk Engineer The Opportunity:

Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution. As a system integrator on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues, your team, and the military to develop and deploy the next generation of Overhead Persistent Infrared ( OPIR ) ground systems capabilities to deliver critical information to our warfighters to quickly win or even prevent future wars. Your client will t rus t you to develop and execute system integration plans for space and ground systems. You will lead and support integration activities at the system of systems, system, segment, and element level. You will grow your skills by researching new requirements, technologies, and threats, and using innovative integration met hodologies and tools to integrate remote sensing systems to deliver warfighter capabilities.

You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in DoD acquisition of weapon systems, including a combination of program management, systems engineering, or integration, focused on space or ground segment capabilities
- Experience proactively identifying, analyzing, and drafting mitigation plans for program cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Experience with system engineering tools such as IBM DOORS, Cameo or MagicDraw for MBSE, and Jira or Confluence, and standard office productivity suites
- Experience authoring program-level documentation such as systems engineering plans, cybersecurity strategy, and risk and issue management plans
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale System of Systems ( SoS ) integration, interface definitions such as ICDs, requirements definition or derivation, and enterprise-level technical baseline management
- Experience managing and tracking tasks to ensure they stay on-track or risks to deadlines identified, including coordinating with schedulers and Scrum Masters
- Experience coordinating, collaborating, and briefing military leaders, government civilians, and cross-contractor integration teams
- Knowledge of the end-to-end system life cycle, including concept development, CONOPS, architecture, requirements allocation, design, build, testing, transition to operations, and sustainment
- Secret clearance
- Associate’s degree in a STEM field such as Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, Physics, or Mathematics
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting USSF, SSC, or SDA space or ground architectures, including missile warning, missile tracking, or OPIR
- Experience with modern DevSecOps pipelines, Agile frameworks, microservices, cloud environments, and containerized architectures
- Experience with strategic missile warning architecture, its programs, and the organizations supporting the mission
- Experience with ground antenna, networking, distributed systems, or data orchestration
- Knowledge of DoD 5000 series, Middle Tier of Acquisition, and major milestone review processes such as SRR, PDR, and CDR
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree in a STEM field
- Advanced Certification s such as INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional, Agile, or Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
