• Summary:
• As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve understanding and translating customer needs into actionable business and technology solutions. You will drive discussions around transformation and the customer journey, ensuring that functional and application designs align with business requirements while facilitating seamless integration across various systems.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights on integration strategies.
• - Develop and document integration processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.
• - Experience with API management and web services integration.
• - Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques.
• - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
