The Direct Integrations team sits at the heart of this mission. We turn carrier and customer complexity into reliable, scalable connectivity - balancing speed, quality, and long-term network health.

The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a n Integrations Engineer to join our Direct Integrations team in Kraków. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and problem-solving.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery of carrier and customer integrations across multiple modes (FTL, LTL, Parcel, Ocean, Air), working hands-on with APIs, EDI, and flat files. Beyond execution, you’ll help improve how we operate - contributing to automation, AI adoption, and process improvements that scale impact across the team.

This is not a pure project management role. It’s a technical, outcome-driven position with real ownership.

What You’ll Do

Integration Delivery & Ownership

Own end-to-end delivery of integrations, from technical review through testing and go-live.

Configure, validate , and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, EDI, and flat-file connections.

Investigate complex data, mapping, and tracking issues; identify root causes and drive durable fixes.

Manage multiple integrations and support tickets in parallel while meeting SLA expectations.

Operational Excellence

Ensure integrations meet quality, performance, and data standards before production release.

Actively manage your queue, prioritizing work based on customer impact, urgency, and business value.

Document solutions, edge cases, and best practices to reduce repeat issues and improve onboarding.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to unblock delivery.

Translate technical constraints into clear recommendations and trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.

Support strategic customers and deals by ensuring integration readiness and realistic timelines.

Automation & AI Enablement

Use AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed in daily work (analysis, troubleshooting, communication).

Contribute ideas and prototypes for automation across the integration lifecycle.

Help scale successful workflows by sharing templates, prompts, or playbooks with the team.

What You’ll Bring

Required Experience

3+ years of experience in technical integrations, technical operations, or implementation roles.

Hands-on experience with APIs, EDI, and/or flat-file data exchange.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work through ambiguous problems.

Comfort working in ticket-based environments with SLAs and competing priorities.

Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical & Tooling Familiarity

Experience with tools such as Postman, JSON/XML, SQL, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Observe /Kibana, or similar.

Understanding of data mapping, validation, and testing practices.

Familiarity with logistics , transportation, or supply chain systems is a strong plus.

This is a hybrid role, based in our Kraków office.

• Compensation and Benefits:
• We continually evaluate our pay ranges to reflect skills, experience, and market conditions. The base salary offered will be determined by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the specific geographic location where the job will be performed. Base salary is one component of project44's total compensation package, which also includes stock options for all EOR and project44-employed team members, bonus or commission eligibility depending on role, and a benefits package tailored to your country of employment. Specific benefits package offerings vary by country and may include health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, in line with local market standards and statutory programs.

The base salary range for this position is 146,500 PLN - 219,500 PLN
