Job Summary

We're looking for an Integration Specialist to own the connections between our Unit4 Business World (UBW) ERP and the other systems our Finance, HR and IT teams rely on. You will work closely with those teams and keep our Microsoft 365 identity environment running, handle asset management and systems integrations/scripting.

• What you will do
• - Build and maintain integrations with UBW using its REST and SOAP APIs and Identity Services. Examples include syncing Jira timesheets to UBW projects and moving HR and personnel data into the ERP.
• - Develop integrations that run as containerized jobs on the shared AKS platform, using existing databases.
• - Write scripts (PowerShell, Python or similar) for bulk updates to UBW data. These need dry-runs, validation and safe batch execution.
• - Integrate Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) with other systems, including syncing issues between Jira instances. Support the Atlassian admin team when integrations need configuration changes.
• - Support ERP changes: new legal entities, consolidation and migration projects, and test-environment setup.
• - Manage user accounts and access in UBW and Entra ID, including approvals, aliases and duplicate cleanup.
• - Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: SSO, MFA and conditional access. Manage Intune device policies and configuration as changes are needed.
• - Support audits and ISO 27001 by documenting access, approvers and system controls.
• - Work with Finance, HR and external vendors such as Unit4 to turn requirements into working solutions.

• What we are looking for
• - 3+ years in IT, integration or ERP engineering at a mid-to-large company.
• - Strong API skills: REST, SOAP, OAuth/OIDC, JSON and XML.
• - Scripting or programming skills in PowerShell, Python or similar.
• - Working knowledge of Atlassian Cloud (Jira, JSM, Confluence) and its APIs, enough to integrate it with other systems.
• - Good understanding of security basics, such as least privilege and access reviews.
• - Fluent English, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.

• Nice to have
• - Experience with Unit4 Business World (UBW/Agresso) or another ERP
• - Knowledge of Finance processes such as projects, work orders, revenue recognition and consolidation
• - Atlassian Cloud administration (users, licensing, workflows), as backup to the Atlassian admin team; experience with plugins and automation
• - Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune
• - Basic Docker and Git familiarity
• - Linux endpoint management
