Wir suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unser Team als

Integrationsbegleitung (m/w/d)

in Teilzeit / Vollzeit; zunächst befristet für 12 Monate

Der Caritasverband für das Erzbistum Hamburg e.V.(Caritas im Norden) ist der Wohlfahrtsverband der katholischen Kirche in Norddeutschland. Über 2.400 Beschäftigte arbeiten hier unter dem Leitwort "Not sehen und handeln". Unsere Integrationshelfer*innen unterstützen Kinder und Jugendliche von 2 bis 18 Jahren mit körperlichen, geistigen oder seelischen Beeinträchtigungen in ihrem Alltag in Schule, Hort und Kita bei der Integration.

Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten

Begleitung eines Kindes mit Besonderheiten im sozial-emotionalen Bereich

Stärkung in seinem Alltag in der Schule, im Hort oder in der Kita

Unterstützung im Umgang mit Emotionen und in Konfliktsituationen

Hilfestellung geben bei der Einhaltung von Regeln und Grenzen

Dokumentation des Alltags und das Schreiben von Wochenberichten

Zusammenarbeit mit pädagogischem Personal und Eltern

Wir wünschen uns

  • Abschluss einer geeigneten pädagogischen oder medizinischen Ausbildung (z. B. Erzieher:in, Heilerziehungspfleger:in, Ergotherapeut:in) oder
  • eines geeigneten Studiums (z. B. Heilpädagog:in, Sozialpädagog:in)

Eigenständiges Arbeiten, hohe psychische und physische Belastbarkeit

Führerschein Klasse B (für Vertretungseinsätze)

Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

Anerkennung und Umsetzung unseres christlichen Leitbildes

Regelmäßige Fortbildung, Teamsitzungen und Supervision

Offene, teambezogene Dienstgemeinschaft

Befristung für 12 Monate - Fortführung des Projekts wird angestrebt
