## Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Integrationserzieherin / einen Integrationserzieher (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit und/oder Teilzeit

Unsere deutsch-englische Kita begleitet Kinder in einer wertschätzenden, vielfältigen und inklusiven Umgebung. Wir fördern die individuelle Entwicklung jedes Kindes und schaffen optimale Bedingungen für gemeinsames Lernen und Wachsen.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle Förderung und Begleitung von Kindern mit besonderem Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Planung und Umsetzung inklusiver Bildungs- und Förderangebote
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklungsverläufe
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten sowie weiteren Fachkräften
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unseres inklusiven Konzepts
  • Unterstützung des pädagogischen Teams im Kita-Alltag

### Ihr Profil

  • Staatlich anerkannte/r Erzieher/in
  • Zusatzqualifikation als Facherzieher/in für Integration/Inklusion oder vergleichbare Anerkennung
  • Freude an der inklusiven Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • Interesse an bilingualer Pädagogik
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
