- Dependent License: $50,000 – $65,000 annually (based on education and experience)
- Independent License: $53,000 – $69,000 annually (based on education and experience)

At Appleseed, we walk alongside individuals and families as they work toward healthier, more stable lives. As part of our Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) team, you’ll provide hands-on, meaningful support to youth and families directly in their homes and communities.

What you’ll do
- Provide intensive home-based therapy and support to a caseload of 4–6 youth/families
- Deliver services in homes, schools, and community settings
- Provide crisis intervention and participate in an on-call rotation
- Assess safety concerns, risk behaviors, and develop individualized safety plans
- Utilize evidence-based approaches including trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and family systems treatment
- Support families in building communication, coping, and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate care with internal teams, schools, and community providers
- Advocate for clients and connect them to needed resources
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with youth, families, and/or groups with behavioral health needs
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and DSM-5/ICD-10
- Experience with or understanding of:
- Motivational Interviewing
- Trauma-Informed Care
- Crisis Intervention
- Family Systems approaches
Strong commitment to client rights and ethical practice
Preferred:
Master’s degree with LISW or LPCC licensure
Also considered:
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
- Ability to travel locally and provide services in the community
- Participation in on-call rotation
- Successful completion of background check, driving record check, and drug screening
