Für die häusliche 1:1-Intensivversorgung suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit. Sie arbeiten in 12-Stunden-Diensten und betreuen unsere Patientinnen und Patienten individuell in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld.

Das bieten wir Ihnen:

  • Stundenlohn von 25 € bis 30 € – abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung
  • 12-Stunden-Dienste für eine planbare Dienstgestaltung
  • Zuschläge für Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsdienste
  • Zusätzlich 28 € netto pro Einsatz/Tag
  • Quartalsbonus von 600 € bei durchgehender Tätigkeit
  • Sonderzahlung in Höhe von 75 %
  • Weitere attraktive Zusatzleistungen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Altenpfleger/in
  • Erfahrung in der Intensivpflege ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Eine Basisqualifikation im Bereich Intensivpflege kann durch uns finanziert werden
  • Freude an einer individuellen und verantwortungsvollen Patientenversorgung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Individuelle 1:1-Intensivpflege im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Durchführung der pflegerischen Versorgung im Rahmen von 12-Stunden-Diensten
  • Verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im Pflegeteam
