Ihre Unterstützung benötige ich am liebsten in Vollzeit, ersatzweise auch in Teilzeit (mind. 20 Std./Woche)

Ihr Aufgabenfeld umfasst insbesondere

  • den eigenständigen Vollzug und Weiterbearbeitung von Urkunden
  • Zuarbeit für Notarin und fachkundige Mitarbeiter
  • Unterstützung der Notarin und fachkundige Mitarbeiter in der Urkundsabwicklung
  • Postein- und -ausgang
  • eigenständiger Schriftwechsel mit Behörden und Gerichten

  • Freude an den beschriebenen Aufgaben haben
  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Notar-/Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (m/w/d); Notar-/Rechtsanwaltsgehilfen (m/w/d) bzw. eine vergleichbare Berufserfahrung besitzen;
  • verantwortungsbewusst und selbständig arbeiten können
