Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Begleitung und Umsetzung der Einführung von LucaNet im Finance- und Controlling-Umfeld
  • -Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Reporting-, Planungs- und Konsolidierungsprozesse
  • -Steuerung der Migration von Finanzdaten sowie Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Datenkonsistenz
  • -Definition und Implementierung von Reporting-Strukturen, KPI-Systemen und Management-Dashboards
  • -Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Finance, Controlling, IT sowie externen Implementierungspartnern
  • -Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Weiterentwicklung von Konsolidierungs-, Planungs- und Forecast-Prozessen in LucaNet
  • -Schulung von Key Usern sowie Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Wissenstransfers
  • -Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie beim Management Reporting
  • -Beratung der Finance-Leitung hinsichtlich Best Practices und weiterer Digitalisierungspotenziale

Anforderungsprofil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Controller, Senior Controller oder Finance Manager in mittelständischen oder internationalen Unternehmen
  • -Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der Implementierung oder Weiterentwicklung von LucaNet, idealerweise LucaNet 2.0
  • -Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Reporting, Konsolidierung, Budgetierung und Forecasting
  • -Erfahrung in Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten im Finance-Umfeld
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie Verständnis von System- und Datenarchitekturen
  • -Hohe Analysefähigkeit sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
